My story
Alex the CharmerAlex is an 8 year old, male yorkie who was surrendered from a puppy mill. Alex is sweet as can be. He loves a good snuggle, but has learned that it is ok to curl up and chill in his crate as well. He is not nippy, nor is he particularly chatty like yorkies can be. His biggest hurdle is learning to be potty-trained. As a small, grown dog who didnt benefit from early teachings, he will need an adopter who is consistent and patient as his house training continues. He wants to please and is making steady progress, but is not yet housebroken. Alex is friends with all, he lives with three other large dogs and three cats. He has been tolerant of the little humans he has met, but due to his small size (6 lbs), a home with children over the age of 8 is required. We don't want to risk any injuries from falling children. While we are not requiring a home with another dog Alex would probably prefer a home that includes one. Please visit to fill out an application! His adoption donation is $350
